The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The central location made it easy to explore the city, including the nearby plaza and the many one-way streets. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Nothing it was perfect.

Even though I struggled to communicate with the hotel staff in Spanish, they were always willing to help. Their customer service is wonderful. My ceiling started leaking one night, and within minutes they had moved me to a different room (a bigger one, in fact). One of the staff walked me to my bus stop my first day when I was having a difficult time navigating the city. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious!! (And with lots of variety!) The hotel is very clean and the common areas are decorated very nicely. And I liked that they tried to save energy with the feature that turns off the lights in the room when you leave with the keycard. The bathrooms are nice and very large, with lots of counter space.
The pastel color scheme (pink & green) in the rooms made it look cheap, even though the hotel is definitely not a low-end hotel. There was nothing unclean or malfunctioning in the room, the colors just looked odd, that's all. It would be nice if there was an outlet closer to the bed, as I typically like to work on my laptop on the bed in front of the tv, but my laptop cord is probably shorter than standard.

Though English is not so available in the Hotel, staff are really kind. Breakfast contains sufficient variety in the cafeteria.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of the town, close to all the shops and just a short walk to the plaza. We were impressed by the quality of the service, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The continental breakfast offered in the dining area was delicious and plentiful. We also loved the beautiful courtyard, which added a touch of charm to the hotel.

Right in the centre of town, with easy walking distance to many sites, restaurants and shopping, this hotel is located in a great location. the public areas are well-kept, and close to la plaza, making it convenient to explore the city.
Some of the rooms can be loud due to street noise.

Great location just steps away from museums and nightlife. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Room was well-maintained and had comfortable beds.
The front desk staff did not speak good English, which caused problems when we had questions. the room was only prepared for two guests, even though we had booked for three, and we had to request an extra towel and hair dryer.

The breakfast offered a good variety of fruit and pastries, and there was free parking available in the garage. the hotel was in a convenient location, close to the city plaza and a church, and within walking distance to good restaurants.
The shower was a little small and the garage entrance was steep and tight. there was some noise at night that could be bothersome to light sleepers.
